Full record

Every named project since 2016, with the role I held on each.

The journey

From a drafting table in Bhuj to a federated model in Banjul. Ten years, four countries, one thread: make buildings easier to get right.

Learning to draw

Diploma in Architecture at Parul Institute, top of class. Bachelor of Architecture at CEPT University, Ahmedabad. University gold medal.

First office, public work

Datta and Datta Associates, Ahmedabad. Tender and working drawings for government, PWD and healthcare projects: Law University Dwarka, SBI GIFT City, NRHM Gondia.

Going solo in Bhuj

First freelance clients. A G+1 residence, ten holiday cabins, a 100 m² restaurant concept. Learned to run a job end to end: brief, drawings, site, handover.

Kinshasa

Freelance architect for Shree Hari Builders, DR Congo. Master layout for Cité Docteur Sulu, a 1,000-home development, plus resort cabins and private residences. First work in French.

Interiors and facades

Infinity Visuals, Bhuj. Twenty-plus residential and commercial projects with a focus on interiors, facades and client-ready visuals.

Banjul, at scale

Senior Architect at Swami India International, The Gambia. First job: the company's own head office, where a CNC-perforated facade module got approved, a first for the country. Then forty-plus projects in two years: American International University in Freetown, The Diplomat, Tanush Plaza, and the 210-home Airport Residency from concept to site.

BIM lead at NEOTEC AFRICA

Platinum Tower, Ministry of Lands HQ, Cape Point Houses, Bissau BSB-02 running in parallel. Set the studio's BIM standards, chair clash coordination, supervise four live sites.

Building the AI layer

Claude Code and Codex agents, MCP bridges into Revit and Grasshopper, pyRevit BOQ tools, Excel-to-Revit generation, AI render pipelines. Days cut from design-to-documentation on every project.

About

Senior Architect and BIM Coordinator at NEOTEC AFRICA. Before that, forty-plus projects at Swami India International, freelance work in Kinshasa including a 1,000-home masterplan, and early years at Datta and Datta Associates in Ahmedabad. CEPT University graduate, gold medalist.

Since 2024 I have been building the studio's AI layer: agentic scripting, MCP bridges into Revit and Grasshopper, and render pipelines that cut days off design-to-documentation.
